Grading Information
A - Devices that are Grade A are normally in New condition
  • Enclosure: No scuffs or scratches, no chips, no sticker residue
  • Display: Display correctly aligned with top-case, no sticker residue, no delimitation, no scratches
  • Internal inspection: No liquid contact
 
B - Devices that are Grade B are normally in “Next to new” condition
  • Enclosure: Very minor scratches, minor chips, no sticker residue
  • Display: Display correctly aligned with Top-case, no sticker residue, no delimitation, no scratches
  • Internal inspection: No liquid contact
 
C - Devices that are Grade C normally have more wear and tear
  • Enclosure: Scratches around enclosure, minor chips, minor sticker residue
  • Display: Minor sticker residue, no delamination, very minor scratches
  • Internal inspection: No liquid contact
 
D - Devices that are Grade D normally have exceptional wear and tear
  • Enclosure: Scratches around enclosure, chips, dents, sticker residue
  • Display: Sticker residue, no delamination, scratches
  • Internal inspection: No liquid contact

  • Warranty: All our devices come with a 30 day warranty which can cover a the full cost of the purchase upon receipt and inspection of the device by Last Chance Tech. The process of a return must be at least started within the 30 day warranty period. 

    Shipping: Shipping costs are covered by the buyer. We take great care in packaging our devices and will continue to do so. In light of that, any damage occured during shipping will not be held against Last Chance Tech but rather the shipping company. 

    Chargers: do NOT fall under the same warranty and will not be covered after they leave LCT premises. All chargers will be tested before shipping but any issues beyond that point will fall under the responsibility of the buyer.

    Grading: We do our best to make this tangible and easy to understand. Part of this process remains subjective and thus, the accuracy of the data remains "best effort". If you have concerns with regards to the accuracy of your device's grading, please contact us.
